World renowned and award winning Chef Rick Stein owns a stunning cookery school in Padstow, Cornwall and you are invited to join his high quality chefs for a half-day cookery course. You’ll be situated in a breath-taking location with views of the harbour and the estuary – a perfect place to learn how to cook some spectacular dishes.

All the dishes featured are from Rick’s travels around the world including courses from Secret France, Indian Seafood, Far Eastern, Mexican and of course fish and shellfish to name a few. But it’s not just about seafood, we do lots of other interesting day courses, one dish workshops, tasting evenings, children’s cookery and a rather fun ‘Cook your own dinner party’ evening. We also offer private course events and dinner parties for special celebrations.

Arrive – watch our chefs demo two dishes then recreate each dish in pairs at your workstation before enjoying the fruits of your labour
Demo – time to relax with a cup of coffee or glass of wine and watch our chef demonstrate the final dish of the day
