If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily set a new one at any time. Just click the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link when signing in. If you are still having troubles please email support@zingvouchers.com including your full name and email address.

Log in to your account and click “Settings” in the account menu. You will then be able to reset your password under the “Change Password” section.

2. Save it to your Zing Vouchers account.

3. Follow the use instructions and enjoy!

Bookings:

Some offers will require pre-booking to use. Follow the booking instructions on the offer page to book directly with the business. Many offers however do not require booking. Simply save the offer to your Zing Vouchers account and display it on your phone when you arrive.

You can view your vouchers by logging into your Zing Vouchers account and clicking ‘Saved Vouchers’.

Purchases

Once you have placed a successful order you will receive an email containing your unique voucher with details of how to book. This usually involves phoning or emailing the deal provider directly to arrange your booking. You can also access your vouchers at anytime by logging into your account.

Top tip: We recommend that you book as soon as possible to make sure that you can use your voucher on your preferred dates. Also, don’t forget to use your voucher before the expiry date too!

If you’ve changed your mind about a voucher and haven’t used it or made a booking, please email support@zingvouchers.com within 7 days of purchase and we should be able to offer a refund. Refunds are made to the same account that was used to purchase the voucher. Please make sure to contact us from your registered email address, quoting your name and voucher code. After this 7 day period all sales are final and no refunds can be given under any circumstances.

Once you have paid for your order you should receive confirmation by email within 1 hour, unless otherwise stated during the checkout. Once purchased you can view your vouchers at anytime by logging into Your Account.

Yes, vouchers have an expiry date and vouchers must be used before this date. Some vouchers also have time or location restrictions too. These are clearly stated before you buy a voucher and are displayed on the voucher itself. It is important that you contact the participating business as soon as possible to make a reservation. Some vouchers may also have specific restrictions for insurance or legal reasons such as age, weight or height restrictions. Please make sure you check these before purchasing a voucher as we are unable to offer a refund if you purchase a voucher but its restrictions render it unsuitable.

Even if you don’t have your voucher or order email handy, you can log into your Zing Vouchers account and view your orders at any time.

Unfortunately not. Expiry dates, restrictions and validity periods are clearly stated on the vouchers and they must be used before the voucher expires.
