About:

Keep the family active, outdoors and having fun, available all year round and the perfect way to spend a sunny or rainy day. A private surf lesson just for you and your family for up to 4 participants. Each lesson is 2 hours and includes all the equipment you will need and your very own surf instructor. We have the best kit suitable for all ages, including wetsuits and small foam surfboards for children. These surf lessons can be tailored to your individual needs and lessons will involve beach theory and in water practice, with your own instructor.

Based on a family of 4 with at least one adult and 2 under 18’s.

Your session will include:

Safety points about the beach, the waves and your kit
How to warm up properly
Equipment features
How to negotiate through the surf safely
Paddling and correct positioning
Catching waves and timing
Basic board control techniques
Different techniques to get you standing
Improver and advanced skills dependant on your level of surfing
Plenty of in water friendly feedback to help you improve

All of our activities are tide dependant. Please let us know what time you would prefer to surf and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred time. All participants need to sign in 15 minutes before your activity starts. You will need to bring with you swimwear, a towel.
